About us

My first experience with horses was as a young school boy on holidays with the farm pony on my godmother’s wheat and sheep property near Moora north of Perth – and that was a tad less than 60 years ago – roughly. And many, many years later, on that same property, introducing my very new daughter Kate to my godmother Margaret is one of my life’s very special moments.

I have never developed riding skills of any note but have always loved the animals and their generous nature and another stand out memory is working on a thoroughbred stud near York and getting to know one of the stallions up close and personal – so to speak. I recall sharing a cold beer with Liz on the back porch of the cottage on that stud farm watching Kate as a toddler playing around the yearling’s legs in the paddock – and the loud and clear message in our heads – don’t move quickly, don’t yell, don’t panic, she will be OK!!

So, it was Kate’s natural and enduring love of horses that moved me closer to them over the years and in recent times I have greatly enjoyed working on the Alcoa farmlands around Fairbridge Village preparing the venue for the very well known and highly regarded Nutrien Ag Alcoa International Horse Trials.

It was at this beautiful venue a few years ago that I first met Andrew Rowsell, the creator of Rider Video who has been instrumental and very supportive in getting Horse On Course operating to support equestrian activities in West Australia. As the owner/operator of Horse On Course, I acknowledge the considerable contribution Andrew has made in getting this business up and running.

This collaboration of Horse On Course and Rider Video provides WA riders with the assurance of a top quality video product as we continue to use the well-established and proven Rider Video post-production software and expertise to ensure the best product possible for your money.

It is my sincere hope and desire that you enjoy Horse On Course videos and that our product will support your development as an equestrian competitor.

Please get in touch if you can see opportunities for improvement in the product or how we conduct the business.

Happy jumping and viewing, Jeremy Ingham
